There will be a website with live score updates for all matches. You will be able to follow the progress of any match in the event, which means you’ll be able to check your next court to see if it’s running on time!

Our Five Most Common Issues document is intended for scorekeepers, but sharing it with referees can help them address common problems independently on the court.

Referees might encounter:
  1. Scorer changes between sets - keep the match QR code available
  2. Scorer error
  3. Libero confusion
  4. Match rules issues (PREVENT THIS by double-checking before the match starts)
  5. Wifi/connection issues
    1. Red cloud dot
    2. Submission issues
    3. App reverts to a previous score
  7. Panel issues
    1. QR code pulls up an incorrect match
    2. QR code pulls up an invalid match
    3. Incorrect username and password
    4. Incorrect championship
Referees are expected to manage:
  1. Anything that can be solved through manual changes
  2. wrong rotation
  3. wrong sub
  4. swapped teams
  5. score correction (during the match)
  6. libero changes
  7. Adding players in the middle of the match (ONLY with approval from the tournament director)
